Eravikulam National Park
The most popular destination in Munnar is Eravikulam National Park, the first of its kind in the state of Kerala, where the population of the animals survived Niagara Tara. According to estimates there are from 700-800 Nilgiri Tahr, is the largest wild population of the world. Nilgiri Tahr usually lives on the grassy plateau and goes back to the steep rocks and slabs.
